ON THE ANIMATION OF IMAGES AND OF THEIR USES

The great responsibility (also in several karmic manifestations) of the creation of a magickal link, giving birth to a fetch or so called voodoo doll is, today, totally underestimated.
In the Holy Scriptures, the Creator made man from clay. Out of respect for this, many people avoid making puppets out of clay. Thus other materials are used, especially wax or cloth. Does it requires any special knowledge or elevated Siddhi to do that or just anyone can, accordingly to some internet posts, personal pride or cheap esoteric literature?
What if the stuff bounces back?
Why and how?
In need of those answers are good or bad people?
