Hermetic comes from Hermes, the Messenger of the Gods. This is pretty direct. A message, not a discussion, an argue or a fantasy.
Gods used to talk only with each other and a few other kind of beings, demi gods and very few mortals, often heroes or excepcional humans. Thus Hermeticism is not for everyone, for everybody. It is not true, Theurgy is not for everybody. It requires a noble soul. Not everybody is noble, on the contrary, the earth is filled with vile stuff. The clue or solution can be found in the transmutation, in the alchemical works of different kinds.

Wanna do magic, hermetics etc? Be like Hermes. Don’t be a jerk. Assholes and pompous self grandeurs are not contemplated.
There are no messages for idiots.
There is no dialogue with screamings and howlings.
