“EL MUERTO” is as many things, as many as they are represented by them, in number, spirit, experience, infinite differences and declinations, spectrum of life possibilities, range of becoming.
El muerto can be good or bad, it has been human.
El muerto is the closest metaphisical concept to hope, experience, need, revelation as well.
The future, the infinite, the unknown life is understood, realized through the opposite which is known, past, dead. The serpent bites its tail.
We all have at least one. We will be one too.
Until then give respect to El Muerto honoring life with good actions and good thoughts.
Honor the heroes, try to become one.
In Afro Cuban Religions, EL MUERTO is for a common man what “la Chose” was for an Elus Cohen of Dom Martinez de Pascuallis.

El muerto se pega.

El muerto se trabaja.

El muerto se conoce por el miedo del hombre hacia el futuro.

El muerto que camina, el Eggun viviente, Oddun nifa, emi loddafun Odun.
