I am not enough expert to tell you if the Almuten Figuris or the Lord of the Geniture (two different things) can be compared with the Orisha Alagbatori or Head Orisha of a person.
This is a new field of comparative studies, almost never done before.
I am not a great astrologer and I deeply respect mediaeval and hindu ones especially.
I didn’t have time nor opportunities to deal with experts on the field.
As far as I know, within Afrocuban traditions, the Alagbatori is revealed by the person’s Ori through igbos during an Ifa atefa only.
