Neapolitan cartomancy!

I am from the north of Italy, from the city of Romeo and Juliet and Naples is quite far, in many ways, but do you think it doesn’t matter? Of course not.
A friend of mine, the famous “El Visconte”, received from a neapolitan lady in her sixties some familiar stuff.
It is truly amazing. I am intrigued.
